Modulus
Modulus by Creative Homes
A modular approach to home building, focused on efficiency, precision and intelligent design.
A More Systemised Way to Build
With Modulus, significant components of your home are constructed off site in a controlled environment before being transported to your property and completed on site.
This systemised approach brings greater efficiency and precision to the building process, while maintaining the thoughtful design, quality and attention to detail you expect from Creative Homes.
How Modulus Works
Once you’ve chosen your Modulus home, our team will guide you through planning, selections and pre-construction before construction begins off site.
Your home is then transported to your property, installed and completed on site, with the Creative Homes team guiding you through to handover.
Is Modulus Right for Your Project?
Every property and project is different. Our team can help you understand whether a Modulus home is suitable for your site, location and requirements, and guide you through the options available.
