Once you’ve chosen your home, we begin working through the details required to prepare your project for construction.

This stage is about getting the important details right early and creating a clear path towards construction.

Depending on your project, this may include site investigations, plans, engineering, approvals and other pre-construction requirements.

Now comes one of the most exciting parts of building — choosing the colours, finishes, fixtures and details that will bring your home together.

With the planning complete, construction can begin.

Your Creative Homes team will coordinate the different stages of your build, working with our trades, suppliers and construction team as your home progresses.

From the early groundwork and structure through to fit-out and finishing touches, you’ll see your plans gradually become your new home.

We’ll keep you informed throughout construction so you can follow the progress of your build and understand what comes next.

For traditional homes, your build will progress through the key stages of on-site construction. For Modulus homes, much of the construction takes place in our controlled off-site environment before your home is transported and installed on site.
