Traditional Brick & Mortar
Traditional Building. Thoughtfully Done.
Traditional on-site construction remains a trusted way to build a new home in Tasmania.
From choosing your home design and completing your selections through to construction and handover, your home is built on site and coordinated by the Creative Homes team, with attention to detail at every stage.
Designed for Everyday Living
Our homes are designed around the details that matter day to day – practical layouts, natural light, useful storage and spaces that flow. With a range of designs and collections to explore, you can find a home that suits your lifestyle, block and budget.
Built on Your Site
With traditional construction, your home takes shape on your land from the ground up. Our team coordinates each stage of construction, working with experienced trades and suppliers to bring your chosen design to life.
Local Experience
Building in Tasmania comes with its own considerations. Our local team understands the environment we build in and works to create homes suited to Tasmanian conditions and the way people live here.
